Still have a question?
We'll help you find the right one.
These are the residences open right now, with their gross asking rents and current concession. For exact lease terms, to confirm a residence, or to apply, reach the leasing team. Tell us your timing and what matters to you, and we'll arrange a private tour of the homes that fit.
Fees and the FARE Act
The gross rents shown are the asking rents. The only fee to apply is a $20 application fee per applicant, the maximum allowed under New York State law, and it is waived if you provide a recent screening report. There is no broker fee to you: under New York City's FARE Act, the party who hires the broker pays the broker, and the landlord hired the broker here. Any other charges are confirmed by the leasing team in writing before you sign, never as a surprise.
Equal housing opportunity
The Astelle welcomes applicants of every lawful source of income, including Section 8 and Housing Choice Vouchers, CityFHEPS, FHEPS, HASA, SCRIE, DRIE, HUD-VASH, and Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV), as well as employment, retirement, Social Security, and other public-assistance income. We are an equal housing opportunity community and do not discriminate on the basis of source of income or any class protected by federal, New York State, or New York City law.
