Research should earn publication
Neighborhood research can be useful only when a reader can trace every claim to the source, understand the geography and dates, and distinguish reported facts from calculations. That standard matters more than publishing quickly.
Future work will use primary public sources wherever possible and will omit claims that cannot be reconciled. The Astelle will never be used as a substitute for independent neighborhood evidence.
Publication standard
Review before release
A draft is not a report. Source dates, geographic scope, definitions, calculations, and translations must agree before any analysis is promoted or made citation-ready.
No draft report is listed here while independent methodology review remains open. A future publication will identify its author and reviewer and explain any limitations plainly.
