The Astelle - Beautiful Apartments in Mott Haven
A 2025 Fischer Makooi building in the South Bronx, three blocks from the 6 train.
The architecture
A new landmark, drawn in brick and light.
Designed by Fischer Makooi, The Astelle rises eight stories above Rider Avenue: a balconied brick facade that belongs to Mott Haven and raises it. One hundred and twenty-four residences, composed so the building feels considered from the street to the roofline.

The residences
Rooms composed around light.
Floor-to-ceiling glass, warm oak, and stone finishes shape interiors that feel quietly expensive. Every layout holds the long Bronx light from morning through dusk.

The amenities
Space to gather, and to retreat.
A landscaped roof terrace with skyline views, a fitness studio, a resident lounge, and a community room: rooms that extend the apartment beyond its own four walls.

The neighborhood
Mott Haven, on the rise.
The Piano District at dusk: galleries and waterfront, the 6 train minutes from your door, and Manhattan a short ride south. A neighborhood with its own history, finding a new chapter.
