There is no broker fee to you: under New York City's FARE Act, the party who hires the broker pays the broker, and the landlord hired the broker here. The only fee to apply is a $20 application fee per applicant, the maximum allowed under New York State law, waived if you provide a recent screening report. EXR, a licensed New York real estate broker, leases The Astelle, and the leasing team confirms any other charges in writing before you sign.
