Privacy Policy

We collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact form or email our leasing inbox, we receive your name, email address, an optional phone number, your move-in timing and home preferences, and anything you write to us. When you chat with our on-site concierge, we process your messages to answer your questions, and we keep a transcript of the conversation.

When we add features such as online tour scheduling or website analytics in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the additional information collected (such as device or usage data) before those features go live.

We use the information you send only to respond to your leasing inquiry: to answer your questions, share current availability, floor plans, and pricing, and arrange a tour. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.

We share your information only with the parties needed to respond to your inquiry and operate the site. Depending on your request, these may include:

• EXR, the licensed New York real estate broker that leases The Astelle
• Our email provider (Resend) and hosting and content-delivery providers (Vercel and Cloudflare), which process messages and serve the site
• Availability data providers used to share current homes and pricing, when applicable

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Our on-site concierge runs on Google's Vertex AI, which processes your chat messages to generate replies. If we add analytics in the future, we will name those providers here before they are used.

Consistent with the New York SHIELD Act, we maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. The site is served over an encrypted connection (TLS), and access to inquiry messages is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

We keep leasing-inquiry messages only as long as needed to respond to your request and for our ordinary business and recordkeeping purposes, after which they are deleted or de-identified. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information
• Ask us to stop contacting you

In the event of a breach of the security of personal information, we will notify affected New York residents and the appropriate authorities as required by the New York SHIELD Act.

Our site detects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that some browsers send. Because the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies today, there is currently nothing to opt out of; when we add features that the signal applies to, we will honor GPC as a valid opt-out for the people it covers.
